About Egyptian Astronomy...
To the ancient Egyptians, everything was alive.
Everything had spirit, and was all part of one enormous cosmic plan.
At the root of all of this power were the stars, moving through the Heavens, at the behest of the neteru, deities whose name would eventually become the root of our word "nature".
Since everything relied upon nature, the people of Kemet, as it was then known, looked to the goddess, Nut, to show them the way.
The sun counted days and the moon counted nights.
Egyptian astronomy told them everything that should happen when, and provided energetic imprints of the stars.
Egyptian Astronomy and sacred places
This lecture explores how the ancient temple builders aligned their structures with the heavens using Egyptian astromony. This enabled them to connect with the divine, and to supercharge their inherent potential.
The exquisitly beautiful temples, aligned with stars like Sirius and constellations such as Orion tob ecome vibrational centers infused with energy from the cosmos. Sacred sites like the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Temple of Karnak exemplify how they wove celestial alignments into their architectural designs to optimise the flow of energy and create harmonious, high-vibrational spaces.
Precise astronomical moments connected the temples with celestial cycles, enabling the initiated to tap into harmonious frequencies for vibrational healing and energetic alignment.
Practical Usage of Egyptian Astronomy
Most importantly, the people of Kemet, (as Egypt was previously known) needed to know when it would rain.
Sirius, or Sothis, as they knew her, brought the floods to inundate the Nile and make it fertile again each year.
But ancient initiates also used Egyptian Astronomy to tune into cosmic forces that would elevate their power, or 'Sekhem'.
Aligning themselves with the energy of the temples, the Egyptians drew upon the vibrational power of celestial cycles to activate their 'Merkaba', a divine geometric light body, capable of activating higher states of consciousness to enable them to access multi-dimensional realms.
Through aligning their energies with the temples, initates enjoyed heightened states of awareness, and spiritual elation as the frequencies of the universe resonated within them.
Egypt's sanctuaries are still tremendously powerful sites today and continue to support spiritual advancement and healing through their alignments to the heavens and their timeless connection to Egyptian astronomy.

The Aromatic Mystery School is honoured and privileged to invite Egyptologist and archeoastronomy expert, Noha Aly, to teach courses for us in many different subjects covered in the ancient Egyptian Mystery Schools.
Noha graduated from the Spanish Department of Cairo University, before undertaking Postgraduate studies in Egyptology and Tourist Guidance Department. Over the years she has done many studies and extensive research into energy sciences among the ancient Egyptians and the relationship between energy and astronomy in ancient Egyptian temples.
Noha serves as a guide and Egyptologist for Egypt Moon which she owns and operates with her husband Hatem.
